Why can't you just give me a quick estimate over the phone?
We want to define all the details to accurately give you an estimate. The project needs to be reviewed and researched to define the process and give a rough time frame. We are completing projects most days and value our clients' time so we try to dedicate our time to the project at hand.
Do I have to buy the materials?
No need to worry. Your estimate will include labor, materials, and disposal of trash in order to complete your project. We will vacuum up any areas we are working. We'll be handling the entire project for you.

Do you have late fees?
Yes. After 90 days a fee of $250 will be added to the total and every 30 days until bill is paid in full.
